Catering Services Policy !
Booking and Payment
Advance Booking: All catering services must be booked at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.
Menu Selection: Customers must select their menu items from our provided options at the time of booking. Customizations are subject to availability and must be agreed upon in advance.

Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event. No money transactions will be made at the customer's place on the day of the event.
Cancellations: Cancellations made within 2 days of the event will be charged the full amount.

Service and Logistics
Arrival and Setup: Our team will arrive at your location 1 hours before the diner start time to set up and begin food preparation.
Cooking and Serving: We will prepare and serve the selected menu on-site, ensuring a fresh and high-quality dining experience.
Clean-Up: After the meal, our team will clean the kitchen area used for preparation. This includes wiping down surfaces, washing used equipment, and taking out trash related to our services.
Post-Service Inspection
Final Inspection: After clean-up, the customer is required to inspect the kitchen area with a team member and sign the "Post-Service Inspection Disclosure Form" to confirm that the kitchen has been left in a satisfactory condition.
Menu and Guest Count

Minimum Charge: Our services require a minimum labor charge of $205 per booking, which includes 3 hours of service. This charge covers the first three hours of labor at $60 per hour, as well as a $25 overhead cost. Additional hours beyond the initial three will be billed at $100 per hour.
Final Guest Count: The final guest count must be confirmed before the event and restricted to 6 guests maximum to ensure a good quality service. Please note that any decrease in guest count after this point will not reduce the total cost, as our pricing is based on a combination of service time and overhead, regardless of guest numbers.
Kitchen Requirements
Kitchen Access: The customer must provide a clean, working kitchen with functional appliances, including a stove, oven, and refrigerator. Any issues with kitchen equipment must be reported in advance.
Liability: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or malfunctioning kitchen appliances or equipment. Any such issues must be reported before our team begins service.
